Think of once!🌠

Someone who once helped another overcome laziness and achieve personal goals may feel unappreciated if their efforts aren't recognized. They spent time and energy understanding the person's thoughts and emotions and genuinely supported their decision-making. When this support isn't returned and they're taking them for granted, it can be hurtful.

It's essential to recognize that those who typically provide support and guidance also have their moments of vulnerability and the need for a therapeutic or casual conversation. whether a friendship or a relationship, both people need to communicate and support each other. The person who's always providing support shouldn't be expected to be like a therapist all the time. They have their own problems to deal with as well. They will also need you sometimes.

Even if the person who usually supports others doesn't express it, they still have their own needs for connection and casual conversation. Relationships become stronger when both people understand and help each other. We all go through tough times and need support and love. Recognizing this helps us form deeper connections with others and feel more connected in our lives. Nobody goes through life alone. Recognizing that we all need help, support, and love is important for forming meaningful connections with people.
